- Houses are next to each other so for bigger events could be rented together.
- SPA House: up to 8 people – 2 rooms with double beds and 4 extra beds.
- Love Cottage Spa: up to 4 people
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in our houses.
- Both houses have additional free parking.
Payment Terms and Reservations
Deposit: 30% – 50% of the total amount is payable via bank transfer upon reservation confirmation.
Balance: The remaining amount must be settled either upon arrival or via bank transfer before the start of the stay. The full balance must be visible in the account by the check-in date.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €300.00 may be requested by the property owner to cover potential damages.
The deposit is fully refunded if no damage is reported during the stay.
Cancellation Policy
Binding Reservation: All reservations are binding upon confirmation.
Full Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours of confirmation qualify for a full refund, provided the check-in date is at least 60 days away.
Cancellation Fees:
3-7 days before arrival: Guest pays 80% of the total booking amount.
8-21 days before arrival: Guest pays 50% of the total booking amount.
22+ days before arrival: The deposit may be applied to a future available date of the guest’s choice.
Two date changes are permitted under this policy. After the second change, the deposit is forfeited.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM on the arrival day.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM on the departure day.
Reservation Process
Submit a booking inquiry and await confirmation from the host.
The host will review your request and send an offer.
Upon accepting the offer and completing the deposit payment, your reservation is confirmed.
By paying the deposit, guests agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
